About Us
Our Story
FTG of Greater Ohio (FTG-GO) origins dates back to 1976 with the establishment of RS Business Machines in Sandusky, Ohio. As a now second-generation, family operated business, FTG-GO has grown from a local service provider of copiers and printers into a leading provider of national managed print solutions. Since joining forces with Flex Technology Group, FTG-GO looks to further solidify itself as the premier resource for office technology and national managed print services.
Today, FTG-GO specializes in secured Managed Print Services enhanced with software solutions to maximize security and efficiency. Optimizing our client’s print environment with the right service model, technology, and implementation methodology enables us to deliver substantial long-term savings. The net result is the delivery of a managed print services model with key metrics, service level agreements, and ongoing monitoring of print activity to proactively manage costs. Success is achieved by developing a deep understanding of our client’s business requirements and aligning them with key business drivers that ultimately lead to an extremely efficient enterprise print strategy. This strategy is continuously reevaluated and adjusted to fit the needs of each business as they change over time.
